Pooja Gadireddy - Summer 2020

Pooja Gadireddy is a junior at Cox Mill High School in North Carolina, where she is a member of the Academy of Information Technology. She has been a part of Breast Cancer Hub since July 2020 and hopes to continue working closely along with the organization. Some of her hobbies include visual/digital art, playing the piano, and volunteering. She is an active volunteer at Discovery Place Science and Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center with over 300 service hours as now. Some of her proudest achievements would be placing 3rd in HOSA forensic science, 1st in Chem lab for Science Olympiad, and advancing to the World championships for robotics. Pooja aspires to become a dentist while continuing her interest and passion for the information technology field. With her interest in dentistry, she plans on executing extensive research on oral cancer as she has both a personal and academic connection to cancer.
