The event was organized by All Assam Sikh Youth Association (AASYA). Aasya is a youth body which comprises of both Boys and Girls wing. Aasya draws its inspiration from Sikh ideals of Sewa. Aasya is mainly focused on socio-cultural, educational, charitable evemts. Aasya regularly organizes Tree plantation drives to protect the environment. In addition, Aasya also organizes many sports and cultural activities. Aasya has been divided into five zones: Dibrugarh zone; Guwahati zone; Jorhat zone; Nagaon zone; North bank zone. The presentation focused on the important issues with Breast Cancer and emphasizing on early detetion which is the key via Breast self examination and other screening processes.
