Jnana Krishnamsetty - Summer 2020

My name is Jnana Krishnamsetty. I am currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. My passion is in Computer Science. In my mind, I didn't want to program my way through life but impact the world using those skills. As a Breast Cancer Hub intern, I found the opportunity to use my expertise in programming to build the first ios app for BCH. I learned Swift to help create an ios app using Apple Webkit, a browser engine, which converted the existing BCH website to a fully functional app. With teamwork and actively learning new technologies, we have excelled in our mission on cancer awareness.
