Cancer screening by BCH team

Testimonial from BCH adopted Tea Garden Area, Cachar, Assam. Uma Nunia is very happy & thankful on behalf of the village as she now learned about Breast Cancer screening (she & her village was totally ignorant earlier) since we are going to each member, each household, maintaining database for follow up while conducting the Breast Cancer Screening, Oral Cancer Screening & discussing the signs & symptoms of Cervical, Colon, Stomach, Head & neck, Lung & other type of Cancers. Any suspicious cases, we take the patients to Cachar Cancer Hospital for further diagnosis. We further take care of Cancer Treatment, Management & palliative care.

The 11 Villages BCH adopted since February 2020: Sundari Part-I, Sundari Part-II, Sundari Part-III, Sundari Part-IV, Boali (Boalihaor), Sentcatherine, Bhorakhai, Bidruhipar, Bhaurikandi-I, Bhaurikandi-II, Dharamkhal.
