At Factory, our heart is and always will be for people. No matter their age, race, social background, or financial status, we are here to reach people for Jesus Christ and make a positive difference in their lives.  

People are important to us and we strive to show that in everything we do at Factory. We want people at Factory to know that they matter and they belong.  They are important to us, whether it is their first day or if they’ve been with us from the beginning. 

We want each experience – from the parking lot to cards, to phone calls, to checking-in, to kid’s experience, to picking out a t-shirt – to communicate that people are important, they matter, we believe in them, and they belong.

Our mission at Factory is to help people FIND and ENGAGE with our Savior in a REAL, UNIQUE and CREATIVE way. To encourage and build up healthy saints doing healthy saintly things, and to sow hope and life into people, so that we can walk courageously towards the calling God has put in our hearts.
