Bikramaditya Dutta Borkakoty is by profession a writer, journalist. Since 2015 he has been working as reporter with Dainik Assam. Before that he was associated with leading newspaper “Asomiya Pratidin” for several years as journalist. Besides his career as journalist he is also actively associated with many other social organizations. He is an active social worker. At present he is assistant general secretary of Duliajan Sahitya Sabha.

Mission statement:
Bikramaditya will be collaborating with Breast Cancer Hub and help in organizing events in Duliajan, Assam. He will be actively involved in bringing all the different organizations in Duliajan together for Breast Cancer awareness event. He believes, Breast Cancer Hub will play a very important role in helping the people of Duliajan come out of the stigma and become aware of Breast Cancer and how early detection is important.
