Born & Brought up in the South Assam Sadar Town Silchar, Ashim Bhattacharjee completed his schooling from Sishu Bitan Montessori School. He achieved his higher school studies from Adhar Chand Higher Secondary School. He completed his Graduation with honours in Zoology  from Gurucharan College, Silchar. After that, he continued his academic career and completed his Post Graduation in Mass Communication and Journalism from Assam University, Silchar. He completed his Diploma in Computer application course from Assam Rifles Institute of Information Technology, Silchar.
His Keen interest to serve mankind, motivated him to join the Rotary's youth wing movement, Rotaract, in the year 2004 as the member of Rotaract Club of Silchar. After serving Rotaract for 11 years, he joined in Rotary Movement, as Charter and Founder President of Rotary Club of Green Land Silchar. He always surge ahead with the Inspiration from Rotary motto Service above Self.
Ashim Bhattacharjee is also associated with Tarapur Merchant Association as Organizing & Office Secretary. He is a life member of Indian Red Cross Society and is an executive member of ERA AMADER organization, working with the disabled children.
Following his father's foot step, By Classification, Ashim Bhattacharjee is a Book Merchant and retailer & supplier of Office Stationeries.
His family includes him & his mother Kalyani Bhattacharjee.
His hobbies include Listening Music, Watching Thriller Movies-Serials and Travelling.
He continues his life journey with the mantra of "Mankind is our Business".

Grateful to the Founder & President of Breast Cancer Hub, Dr Lopamudra Das Roy, for her marvellous efforts throughout the globe. Ashim always has a deep interest in the field of disease prevention & treatment. "Cancer is Curable"- together endeavor of BCH & RCGLS can explore the horizon in this way.
