Cancer screening camp,Bilwaradahalli village Bengaluru: Sincerely grateful to Rtn. Devarajan Kalladan, Secretary elect, Rotary club of Bangalore, Koramangala, for organizing a joint project with Breast Cancer Hub and Cancer Care India & his immense passion towards helping the community. On behalf of Breast Cancer Hub, conducted session of Breast Cancer awareness & distributed Breast self exam cards in Kannada, Hindi & English which was accepted with full enthusiasm and importance by the women-they realized the importance of BSE & what needs to be done next if lump is detected. We are collaborating with Dr. Kameshwari Devi, Managing Trustee, Cancer Care India to work together on Breast Cancer screening process in future, along with epidemiological research work. The Camp highlighted both Breast and Cervical Cancer awareness followed by Pap smear test. It is amazing to see the great work Dr. Kameshwari's team is doing towards the society. It was a pleasure meeting Ayesha Tarannum and Gulzar Jahan, working towards the underprivileged sectors as Community health worker and teacher. My heartfelt thanks to Rtn. Devarajan, Rtn. Manoj Kumar, and Rtn. Santhosh from Rotary Club for their immense support for the cause and all their help
