Swapan Nandi is a software engineer and tech lead with over 25 years of experience in Financial and Utilities industries and a couple of years in manufacturing industry. Before his Bachelor in Computer Science degree he also completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He is passionate about the environment and sustainability. He is trained to be a certified solar installer! 

He is blissfully married to Subhra and has an adult daughter Shreya and an adult son Shagnik.

Mission statement:
The mission is simple and powerful - awareness. BCH has been relentless in spreading the message and bringing awareness and treatment. With COVID-19 it has been exceptional in adapting to the need of the hour and providing necessary support to remote areas at the right time. Swapan has been president and board of director to a non-profit and would bring that experience and passion at BCH.
