I am MA, M Phil, PhD in Political Science. Have been engaged in teaching at both UG & PG levels and research activities for over three decades. Have contributed over 40(forty) papers/articles to National & International Journals. At present I am in charge of the office of Principal of Provincialized College in Silchar.

Mission Statement:
Work for the people in the rural India. My area of interest is rural development. Since 1998 I am working for the rural people. Almost all developmental efforts of the govt failed in India especially in Northeast  India due to lack people's participation. I made some intensive study on people's participation in the context of rural development in South Assam. While doing my study it is observed that all efforts were top down approaches. There was very little bottom up approach and in health sector it was really missing. Health awareness till date is deplorable. This backdrop prompts me to join your foundation so that I can reach out  to rural people in my universe of study to aware them with your findings . Moreover, our college has adopted a remote village where we regularly make health camp with our little resources and I hope your foundation will definitely add some new mileage to our mission in the said village.
