Tim is a leader who is passionate about innovation and collaboration and how they work together to create an environment that enables people to thrive. He brings a creative yet practical approach to solving problems, analytical or otherwise.

He is a leader in the reserving department within the actuarial organization at CNA. He is also in the EMBA program in the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University scheduled to graduate in December 2018.

Tim is proudly married to his wife Jessica and has a 10 year old son named Jackson.
