I am a post graduate in Life Sciences, Botany (Microbial Ecology), and also a management graduate, presently working as faculty of Botany. I am living in Guwahati with my husband, two sons and mother in law. I have great interest in research work. My hobbies include reading and gardening.

Mission statement:
Cancer can affect any person and it can totally disrupt a family. From my knowledge of immense pain and suffering it brings, I want to be a  part of a mission that is making an effort   to defeat the disease. Since cancer is curable if detected early, I would like to spread awareness among my colleagues, students, friends and family members.
